Shipping policy

Orders may take up to 5 business days to process, though typically it takes less than 2. This can, on occasion, be extended further during times of newly restocked items and there is a large and abrupt influx of orders to process. During such times a banner will be placed at the top of the Prime Keyboards webstore stating such delays.

The shipping time estimates provided at checkout are provided by the carriers (ie USPS, FedEx, DHL etc). They do not include processing time discussed above. These estimates start from the time the carrier actually has your shipment in hand and the tracking information states that it has been received. Prime Keyboards is not responsible for shipping times that take longer than the estimates provided by carriers. They are merely estimates provided for your convenience, not guarantees.

Prime Keyboards is not responsible for shipments that have been declared as "delivered" by any carrier and subsequently claimed as "undelivered", "stolen", or "not found" by the customer. 

Prime Keyboards will not hold or otherwise delay the shipment of an order for the purpose of combining with a future shipment of a currently unavailable product. 

Under no circumstances will Prime Keyboards, LLC be responsible for replacement or refund of orders that are lost or damaged if they are addressed to proxy services, forwarding services, or a third party of any kind.
